Chef training or culinary management diploma from a program that meets the standards established by the Ministry of Training, Colleges and Universities. Red Seal preferred but not required. If the above qualifications are not met, applicants must have Food Service Worker Certificate and current Food Handlers Certificate
Minimum 2 year cooking experience in an institutional setting with a minimum of 2 years prep-cook experience.
Must be able to fully communicate (reading, writing and speaking) in English.
Knowledge of Italian Cuisine, Italian Cooking Techniques and Language an Asset.
