We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting our financial operations and strategic decision-making processes. Financial Analysts (FAs) collaborate with long-term care (LTC) homes to understand their operations. Each FA oversees 7-8 homes, reviewing results, identifying issues, analyzing financial statements and loss statements and conducting variance analysis. The finance team typically consists of 3-6 members, with a mix of FAs and Senior FAs reporting to a Manager or Senior Manager. Your expertise will help drive our mission of providing high-quality care and services to our residents.
